Booking Process and Payment

The balance, security deposit amount, accepted payment methods and any other charges are determined by the supplier and are shown during the booking process and in your voucher. The security deposit is held by the supplier according to the terms of your rental agreement.

Rental Agreement and Conditions

Confirm the exact collection point and contact number in your booking voucher before arrival. Do not assume a terminal desk, shuttle or nearby office is provided. Share your flight details and agree how to contact the supplier if your arrival changes.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

Vehicles must be driven on paved roads permitted by the supplier. Off-road driving, island transfers and ferry crossings require written permission from the supplier in advance. Stay within Morocco unless cross-border travel is explicitly authorised in your rental agreement. Drive on the right-hand side of the road.
